At FITPROSUPPS, we want to make returning products easy for you. Here's what you need to know:
- You can return any item within 7 days of getting it, and we'll refund your money to the original payment method. If you paid with Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposit, we'll send you a cheque in your name.
- Make sure the product is unused and still in its original packaging. We can't accept returns or give refunds for used or opened products.
- If you got free items with your order, like a t-shirt or shaker cup, make sure to return them too. If you don't, we might deduct the value of these items from your refund.
Once you ask for a return, we'll check to make sure it's a valid request. If it is, we'll arrange to pick up the product from you, and then we'll process your refund. But, if the request seems unfair or not genuine, we might take legal action, and you'll have to cover the costs.
Before you accept a product delivery, check if the packaging is okay. If it looks damaged, don't accept it. Tell us right away so we can figure out the next steps. Some products might have specific return rules based on what they are.
When you send a product back, include everything that came with it—like tags, labels, and manuals. Pack it up well to avoid any damage during the return. We'll check everything once we get it back.
For us to accept a return, the product must be in its original packaging and not opened. We can't take back products that have been used. Also, some things like rashes, upset stomach, or not liking the flavor aren't good reasons for a return. It's a good idea to talk to a doctor before buying.
Here are some things we won't take back:
- Used products.
- Products with damaged or missing serial/UPC numbers.
- Products without their original packaging, including the box, and all the stuff that came with it.
Remember, there might be special rules for some promotions that are different from our usual 7-day return policy.

If you want to return something, get in touch with us. We'll guide you on what to do. We'll try to arrange for the product to be picked up using FITPROSUPPS Reach or our courier partners. But if that doesn't work, you can still return it using another courier service.
